Immunocytochemistry analysis of PLK2 using anti-PLK2 antibody (Product # PA5-79832). PLK2 was detected in a section of A549 cell. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and then incubated with 1μg/mL rabbit anti-PLK2 antibody (Product # PA5-79832) overnight at 4°C.
