Immunohistochemical analysis of PLXNB3 in perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse brain. Samples were incubated in PLXNB3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47882) using a dilution of 1.7 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C followed by NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to oligodendrocytes.

In direct ELISAs, approximately 38% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Plexin B3 is observed, and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhPlexin B2 is observed.
Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.2 mg/mL.
Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the plexin family. It functions as a receptor for semaphorin 5A, and plays a role in axon guidance, invasive growth and cell migration. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
