Lane 1: Mouse Cerebrum lysates; Lane 2: Mouse Cerebellum lysates probed with PNPLA3 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-24045R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at 1:20000 for 60 min at 37°C.

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a triacylglycerol lipase that mediates triacylglycerol hydrolysis in adipocytes. The encoded protein, which appears to be membrane bound, may be involved in the balance of energy usage/storage in adipocytes.
