PPCS Antibody (PA5-95630) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence analysis of PPCS in A431 cell. Antigen retrieval was performed on the tissue using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent and blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were incubated with PPCS polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-95630) at a 2 µg/1x10^6 cells dilution, followed by 488 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG using a 1:100 dilution.

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human Hela whole cell, human placenta tissue, human PC-3 whole cell. IHC: human intestinal cancer tissue, mouse small intestine tissue, rat small intestine tissue. ICC/IF: A549 cell, A431 cell. Flow: A431 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
Biosynthesis of coenzyme A (CoA) from pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) is an essential universal pathway in prokaryotes and eukaryotes. PPCS (EC 6.3.2.5), one of the last enzymes in this pathway, converts phosphopantothenate to phosphopantothenoylcysteine.
