Western blot was performed using Anti- PPP1R9B Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA1-30228) and a 90kDa band corresponding to PPP1R9B was observed across the cell lines tested. An additional uncharacterized band (*) was observed in SH-SY5Y and SK-N-AS was observed.
