Western Blot analysis of PRAMEF6 in multiple sample types using a PRAMEF6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112669) at a dilution of 1:2000. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:50,000. Sample types that were tested include: Hela whole cell lysate, MCF-7 whole cell lysate, HepG2 whole cell lysate, A549 whole cell lysate, 293T whole cell lysate, U87 whole cell lysate, Jurkat whole cell lysate .

Substrate-recognition component of a Cul2-RING (CRL2) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex, which mediates ubiquitination of target proteins, leading to their degradation. The CRL2(PRAMEF6) complex mediates ubiquitination and degradation of truncated MSRB1/SEPX1 selenoproteins produced by failed UGA/Sec decoding.
