PRAMEF6 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of PRAMEF6 in NCI-H460 cells using confocal microscopy. Samples were incubated with PRAMEF6 H1 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-71533) followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated goat anti-rabbit lgG (green) as a secondary antibody. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (blue).

PRAMEF6 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) — Immunohistochemical analysis of PRAMEF6 in paraffin-embedded human liver tissue. Samples were incubated with PRAMEF6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-71533) followed by a peroxidase-conjugate secondary antibody and DAB staining.

PRAMEF6 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of PRAMEF6 in NCI-H460 cell lysate using 35 µg of protein per lane. Samples were incubated with PRAMEF6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-71533).

PRAMEF6 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — Flow cytometry analysis of PRAMEF6 in NCI-H460 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram). Samples were incubated with PRAMEF6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-71533) followed by a FITC conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody.
