PRSS21 Antibody (32522-1-AP) in Flow
1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 µg Prss21 Polyclonal Antibody (32522-1-AP) and CoraLite488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (SA,00013-2) (red), or 0.25 µg Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF,00011-C).

Target Information
PRSS21, also known as testisin, is a serine protease gene located on human chromosome 16p13.3.
