PSMD9 Antibody (CL488-26922) in Flow
1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 µg CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human PSMD9 (CL488-26922) (red), or 0.8 µg CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Target Information
Acts as a chaperone during the assembly of the 26S proteasome, specifically of the base subcomplex of the PA700/19S regulatory complex (RC). During the base subcomplex assembly is part of an intermediate PSMD9:PSMC6:PSMC3 module, also known as modulator trimer complex; PSMD9 is released during the further base assembly process.
