Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts of Caco-2 (Lane 1), HeLa (Lane 2), MCF7 (Lane 3), Neuro-2a (Lane 4), PC-12 (Lane 5), COS-7 (Lane 6), Hep G2 (Lane 7), MOLT4 (Lane 8), Jurkat (Lane 9) and NIH/3T3 (Lane 10).
