PSME3 Antibody (PA5-80952) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence staining of PSME3 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with PSME3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80952, 1:300) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to nucleus.

Target Information
SFRS10 contains 1 RRM (RNA recognition motif) domain and belongs to the splicing factor SR family. It is a sequence-specific RNA-binding protein which participates in the control of pre-mRNA splicing.
