PTPN23 Antibody (PA5-100047) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of PTPN23 in HepG2. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C) incubated with PTPN23 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100047) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 at a dilution of 1:600.

Antibody detects endogenous levels of total PTPN23.
Target Information
Plays a role in sorting of endocytic ubiquitinated cargos into multivesicular bodies (MVBs) via its interaction with the ESCRT-I complex (endosomal sorting complex required for transport I), and possibly also other ESCRT complexes. May act as a negative regulator of Ras-mediated mitogenic activity. Plays a role in ciliogenesis.
