PA5-29114 targets Parafibromin in WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples.
The PA5-29114 immunogen is recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 74 and 346 of Human Parafibromin.
Parafibromin, LEO1 (MIM 610507), PAF1 (MIM 610506), and CTR9 (MIM 609366) form the PAF protein complex, which associates with the RNA polymerase II subunit POLR2A (MIM 180660) and with a histone methyltransferase complex (Rozenblatt-Rosen et al., 2005 [PubMed 15632063]).
