Phospho-RPS6KA1 (Ser380) Antibody (28983-1-AP) in WB
Non-treated HeLa cells and Calyculin A treated HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28983-1-AP (Phospho-RPS6KA1 (Ser380) antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at 48451 overnight. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with GAPDH antibody as loading control.

Target Information
RPS6KA1 (RSK1) is a growth-factor regulated serine/threonine kinase that is involved in the MAPK cascade. It is thought to control cellular proliferation and differentiation through the phosphorylation of transcription factors. RPS6KA1 contains 2 nonidentical kinase catalytic domains and phosphorylates various substrates, including members of the mitogen-activated kinase (MAPK) signalling pathway. The activity of this protein has been implicated in controlling cell growth and differentiation. Alternate transcriptional splice variants, encoding different isoforms, have been characterized.
