RAB6A Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using (Product # 10187-2-AP) RAB6A antibody, at dilution of 1:200 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). F-actin is stained using CL555-phalloidin (red) and DNA is stained by DAPI (blue).

RAB6A Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 10187-2-AP (RAB6A antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

RAB6A Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — IP result of anti-RAB6A (IP:10187-2-AP, 4ug; Detection:10187-2-AP 1:500) with mouse brain tissue lysate 2640ug.

Target Information

Rab proteins are also an integral part of endocytic pathways. Rab 6A is a ubiquitously expressed member of the Rab family of proteins and localizes to the Golgi membrane where it regulates retrograde transport from the late endosomes via the Golgi to endoplasmic reticulum (ER) pathway. Three isoforms exist due to alternative splicing events, namely the ubiquitously expressed isoforms Rab 6A' and Rab 6A, and the brain-specific isoform Rab 6B.
