RAP Antibody (PA5-47626) in WB
Western blot analysis of RAP in D3 mouse embryonic stem cell line. Samples were incubated in RAP polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-47626) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by a HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG secondary antibody. A specific band was detected for LRPAP at approximately 42 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
