RNase1 Antibody (PA5-78151) in WB
Western Blot using RNase1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78151). Mouse tissue extract (50 µg) was separated by 15% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with RNase1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-78151) diluted at 1:1,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
