In Western Blot, bands at 85 kDa and 107 kDa are observed, representing different isoforms of ROBO4 protein.
Suggested positive control: HUVEC lysate, antigen standard for ROBO4 (transient overexpression lysate).
Target Information
Receptor for Slit proteins, at least for SLIT2, and seems to be involved in angiogenesis and vascular patterning. May mediate the inhibition of primary endothelial cell migration by Slit proteins. Involved in the maintenance of endothelial barrier organization and function (PubMed:30455415). [UniProt]
