RPL10 Antibody (PA5-143918) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of RPL10 in MCF-7 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. And then incubated with 5 μg/mL RPL10 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143918) overnight at 4°C. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human Hela whole cell, human K562 whole cell, human HEK293 whole cell, rat C6 whole cell, mouse NIH/3T3 whole cell. IHC: human gall bladder adenosquamous carcinoma tissue, mouse brain tissue, rat brain tissue. ICC/IF: MCF-7 cell. Flow: JK cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
This gene encodes a ribosomal protein that is a component of the 60S ribosome subunit. The related protein in chicken can bind to c-Jun and can repress c-Jun-mediated transcriptional activation. Some studies have detected an association between variation in this gene and autism spectrum disorders, though others do not detect this relationship. There are multiple pseudogenes of this gene dispersed throughout the genome. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
