RSK4 Antibody (PA5-99709) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of RSK4 in HepG2 cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with RSK4 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99709) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Target Information
RPS6KA6 (RSK4) is a member of the RSK kinases family. RSK family members are activated by ERKs and mitogens and are unusual in that they contain 2 non-identical kinase domains. RSK4 encodes a member of ribosomal S6 kinase family, serine-threonine protein kinases which are regulated by growth factors. The encoded protein may be distinct from other members of this family, however, as studies suggest it is not growth factor dependent and may not participate in the same signaling pathways.
