RhoGDI Antibody (620-560) in WB
Western Blot: The whole lysate derived from MCF7 (Lane 1) and mouse liver (lane 2), rat heart (Lane 3) were separated in 12% SDS-PAGE and transferred onto NC membrane followed by immuoblotting of Rabbit anti-RhoGDI (Cat#620-560) at 1:1000. An immunoreactive band at ~24 kDa was observed.

Target Information
Aplysia Ras-related homologs (ARHs), also called Rho genes, belong to the RAS gene superfamily encoding small guanine nucleotide exchange (GTP/GDP) factors. The ARH proteins may be kept in the inactive, GDP-bound state by interaction with GDP dissociation inhibitors, such as ARHGDIA.
