SARNP Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of SARNP in A431 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with SARNP Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112221) (1:200) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor 594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus.

SARNP Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of SARNP in formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections human colon tissue sections using SARNP Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112221) at a dilution of 1:100.

SARNP Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of SARNP using SARNP Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112221) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: Hela whole cell lysate, Lane B: Jurkat whole cell lysate, Lane C: 293T whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 24 kDa. Observed band size: 34 kDa.

SARNP Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — Immunoprecipitation of SARNP was performed on (Lane A) 0.5 mg Jurkat whole cell lysate using 4 µL of SARNP Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112221) at a dilution of 1:100, and 60 µg of Immunomagnetic beads Protein A/G. A Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP was used as a secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 24 kDa. Observed band size: 34 kDa.

Target Information

This gene encodes a protein that is upregulated in response to various cytokines. The encoded protein may play a role in cell cycle progression. A translocation between this gene and the myeloid/lymphoid leukemia gene, resulting in expression of a chimeric protein, has been associated with acute myelomonocytic leukemia. Pseudogenes exist on chromosomes 7 and 8. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
