SCRN1 Antibody (PA5-144007) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of SCRN1 in U2OS cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in SCRN1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-144007) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL. Target Information
This gene likely encodes a member of the secernin family of proteins. A similar protein in rat functions in regulation of exocytosis in mast cells. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
