SDF4 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of SDF4 in U2OS cells using SDF4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-142688). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton, and incubated with the primary antibody for 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing Golgi and cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL).

SDF4 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) analysis of SDF4 in paraffin embedded Human Kidney using SDF4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-142688) at 5 µg/mL. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining.

SDF4 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of SDF4 in Jurkat (A), HeLa (B) and U251 (C) cell lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) using SDF4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-142688) at 0.1 µg/mL. Detected by chemiluminescence.

SDF4 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — Flow Cytometry analysis of SDF4 in A431 cells (blue line) using SDF4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-142688). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton, and incubated with the primary antibody for 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1 µg/mL). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.

Target Information

This gene encodes a stromal cell derived factor that is a member of the CREC protein family. The encoded protein contains six EF-hand motifs and calcium-binding motifs. This protein localizes to the Golgi lumen and may be involved in regulating calcium dependent cellular activities.
