SEMA4B Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunocytochemichal analysis of SEMA4B in HepG2 cells using a Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-113364) at a dilution of 1:100. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were also counter-stained with DAPI.

SEMA4B Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunocytochemical analysis of paraffin-embeded SEMA4B in human small intestine tissue using a SEMA4B Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-113364) at a dilution of 1:300.

SEMA4B Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of SEMA4B in rat lung tissue using a SEMA4B polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-113364) at a concentration of 6.3 µg/ml. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:50,000.
