SERPINE2 Antibody (PA5-32136) in WB
Western Blot using SERPINE2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-32136). U87-MG whole cell extract and conditioned medium (30 µg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SERPINE2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-32136) diluted at 1:5,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the serpin family of proteins, a group of proteins that inhibit serine proteases. Thrombin, urokinase, plasmin and trypsin are among the proteases that this family member can inhibit. This gene is a susceptibility gene for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and for emphysema. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
