Western blot was performed using SESN2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-76220) and a 55 kDa band corresponding to SESN2 was observed across all the cell lines tested. Whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of BeWo (Lane 1), SK-O-V3 (Lane 2), HEK-293 (Lane 3), SH-SY5Y (Lane 4) and HepG2 (Lane 5) were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 10% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0301BOX).
