Western blot analysis of SETD1A in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with SETD1A Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-116810) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Enhanced Kit. Exposure time: 5 min.

Target Information
SET1A is a component of a histone methyltransferase (HMT) complex that produces mono-, di-, and trimethylated histone H3 at Lys4. The complex is the analog of the S. cerevisiae Set1/COMPASS complex.
