Western blot analysis of SLC5A7 using SLC5A7 antibody (Product # PA5-143934). Electrophoresis was performed on a 5-20% SDS-PAGE gel at 70V (Stacking gel) / 90V (Resolving gel) for 2-3 hours. The sample well of each lane was loaded with 30 µg of sample under reducing conditions. Lane 1: human A549 whole cell lysates; Lane 2: human RT4 whole cell lysates; Lane 3: rat C6 whole cell lysates; Lane 4: mouse NIH/3T3 whole cell lysates. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human A549 whole cell, humna RT4 whle cell, rat C6 whole cell, mouse NIH/3T3 whole cell. Flow: JK cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
Acetylcholine functions as a neurotransmitter in both the central and peripheral nervous systems of all vertebates, and is the principle neurotransmitter used at the neuromuscular junction. Presynaptic synthesis of acetylcholine requires a steady supply of choline, which is acquired by a plasma membrane high affinity choline transporter (CHT).
