SNX32 Antibody (PA5-113090) in WB
Western Blot analysis of SNX32 in multiple sample types using a SNX32 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-113090) at a concentration of 6.48 µg/ml. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:10,000. Sample types that were tested include: Lane 1: Mouse brain tissue, Lane 2: Rat brain tissue, Lane 3: Mouse liver tissue, Lane 4: Mouse stomach tissue, Lane 5: Mouse lung tissue, Lane 6: Mouse kidney tissue.

SNX32 (sorting nexin-32), also known as SNX6B (sorting nexin-6B), is a 403 amino acid protein that contains one PX (phox homology) domain and belongs to the sorting nexin family. Existing as two alternatively spliced isoforms, SNX32 may be involved in several stages of intracellular trafficking.
