SP6 Antibody (PA5-80061) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of SP6 in A549 cell using SP6 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-80061). Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum and incubated with the primary antibody at 5 µg/mL and mouse anti-Beta Tubulin antibody overnight at 4°C. SP6 belongs to a family of transcription factors that contain 3 classical zinc finger DNA-binding domains consisting of a zinc atom tetrahedrally coordinated by 2 cysteines and 2 histidines (C2H2 motif).
