SPECC1L Antibody (PA5-71632) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of SPECC1L in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human prostate carcinoma. Samples were incubated with SPECC1L polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-71632) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Target Information
This gene encodes a protein that is leucine-rich and is thought to play a role in regulating the interaction of the cytoskeleton with a variety of cellular processes. Mutations in this gene are associated with the French-Canadian type of Leigh syndrome. Transcripts ranging in size from 4. 8 to 7. 0 kb which result from alternative polyadenylation have been reported for this gene.
