SPRY4 is an inhibitor of the receptor-transduced mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway. The protein is positioned upstream of RAS activation and impairs the formation of active GTP-RAS.
IP-MS enrichment of SPRY4 (LFQ intensity): SPRY4 was enriched 103-fold from SKMEL5 lysate compared to background proteins, using the optimized IP-MS workflow with Pierce MS-Compatible Magnetic IP Kit protein A/G (Part No. 90409) and SPRY4 antibody (Part No. PA5-14349).
