Product Specific Information

Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.

Positive Control - WB: human Hela whole cell, human 293T whole cell, human MCF-7 whole cell, human Jurkat whole cell, rat liver tissue, rat brain tissue, mouse liver tissue. IHC: mouse small intestine tissue, human intestinal cancer tissue, rat small intestine tissue IHC-F: human placenta tissue. ICC/IF: A431 cell, A549 Cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Target Information

This gene encodes a multifunctional protein that binds ubiquitin and regulates activation of the nuclear factor kappa-B signaling pathway. The protein functions as a scaffolding/adaptor protein in concert with TNF receptor-associated factor 6 to mediate activation of NF-kB in response to upstream signals. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding either the same or different isoforms have been identified for this gene. Mutations in this gene result in sporadic and familial Paget disease of bone.
