SRPK1 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using 14073-1-AP ( SRPK1 Antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens).

SRPK1 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — L02 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14073-1-AP (SRPK1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

SRPK1 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — 1X10^6 MCF-7 cells were stained with 0.2ug SRPK1 antibody (14073-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IGG (H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

SRPK1 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — IP result of anti-SRPK1 (IP:14073-1-AP, 3ug; Detection:14073-1-AP 1:1000) with mouse testis tissue lysate 3000ug.

Target Information

SRPK1 is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a role in the regulation of both constitutive and alternative splicing by regulating intracellular localization of splicing factors. SRPK1 localizes to the nucleus and the cytoplasm. It is thought to play a role in regulation of both constitutive and alternative splicing by regulating intracellular localization of splicing factors. A second alternatively spliced transcript variant for this gene has been described, but its full length nature has not been determined.
