Immunocytochemistry analysis of SRSF3 in A549 cells. Samples were incubated with SRSF3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-80070) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL overnight at 4°C followed by DyLight®488 Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG and DyLight®550 Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG for 30 minutes at 37°C.
