SRSF6 Antibody (PA5-89933) in WB
Western blot analysis of SRSF6 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with SRSF6 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-89933) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

It belongs to the splicing factor SR family and has been shown to bind with and modulate another member of the family, SFRS12. The protein encoded by this gene is involved in mRNA splicing and may play a role in the determination of alternative splicing. The encoded nuclear protein belongs to the splicing factor SR family and has been shown to bind with and modulate another member of the family, SFRS12.
