SSX2IP Antibody (A303-298A) in IP
Detection of human SSX2IP by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SSX2IP antibody (Product # A303-298A) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. SSX2IP was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SSX2IP antibody A303-299A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated SSX2IP, A303-299A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Target Information
This gene encodes a protein that binds the cancer-testis antigen Synovial Sarcoma X breakpoint 2 protein. The encoded protein may regulate the activity of Synovial Sarcoma X breakpoint 2 protein in malignant cells. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants. A pseudogene of this gene is found on chromosome 3.
