STX17 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded STX17 in human thyroid cancer tissue. Antigen retrieval was performed using citrate buffer. Samples were blocked with blocking buffer (1.5 hr, 22°C), incubated with STX17 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106438) using a dilution of 1:100 (1.5 hr, 22°C), followed by HRP conjugated goat anti-rabbit.

STX17 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of STX17 in mouse testis tissue lysate (left lane: treated with blocking peptide). Samples were incubated with STX17 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-106438).
