Immunohistochemical analysis of Stomatin in paraffin-embedded human liver following steamed antigen retrieval with a citrate buffer, pH 6, using a Stomatin polyclonal antibody (Product# PA5-37857) at a dilution of 5ug/ml. Detection was performed using an AP-conjugated secondary antibody.
