TARS2 Antibody (PA5-144027) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of TARS2 in T-47D cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in TARS2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-144027) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human HepG2 whole cell, human Hela whole cell, human THP-1 whole cell, human Raji whole cell, rat liver tissue, mouse liver tissue. IHC: human colonic adenocarcinoma tissue, human lung cancer tissue, rat brain tissue, rat brain tissue. ICC/IF: T-47D cell. Flow: SiHa cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
This gene encodes the L protein of the mitochondrial glycine cleavage system. The L protein, also named dihydrolipoamide dehydrogenase, is also a component of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex, the alpha-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase complex, and the branched-chain alpha-keto acide dehydrogenase complex. Mutations in this gene have been identified in patients with E3-deficient maple syrup urine disease and lipoamide dehydrogenase deficiency.
