TCR V delta 1 Antibody (TCR2730) in Flow
Flow cytometry analysis of TCR V delta 1 on TCR V delta1 positive PEER cells (top panel) or negative control HPB-ALL cells (bottom panel). Equal numbers of cells were stained with a FITC labeled TCR V delta 1 (TS8.2) monoclonal antibody (Product # TCR2730) or were left unstained. 5 µL of primary antibody were used per test. All antibody incubations were performed for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Target Information
The T Cell Receptor gamma-delta (TCR gamma delta) is a heterodimeric membrane receptor that consists of the highly variable gamma and delta chains expressed as part of a complex with the invariant CD3 proteins. Gamma-delta T cells are less frequent than alpha-beta T cells but compose a substantial part of T cells found at epithelial borders including the gut mucosa resident intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL). The antigenic stimuli required for gamma-delta T cell receptor activation are not well understood and are thought to be mainly MHC class-independent.
