Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human placenta tissue, human HL-60 whole cell, human Hela whole cell, human PC-3 whole cell, human HEK293 whole cell, human A549 whole cell, human A431 whole cell, rat brain tissues, rat liver tissue, mouse brain tissue, mouse lung tissue, mouse liver tissue, mouse NIH3T3 whole cell. Target Information
TDRD3 belongs to the tudor domain group of proteins, which are prevalent among proteins involved in RNA metabolism. TDRD3 is widely expressed and localizes predominantly in the cytoplasm. It is detected in heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney, and pancreas. Overexpression of TDRD3 in cells induces the formation of stress granules. Multiple isoforms of TDRD3 exist due to alternative splicing variants. In humans, the gene is located on chromosome 13.
