TFAP2C Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using 14572-1-AP ( TFAP2C Antibody) at dilution of 1:400 (under 40x lens). heat mediated antigen retrieved with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9).

TFAP2C Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Human placenta tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14572-1-AP (TFAP2C antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

TFAP2C Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — 1X10^6 MCF-7 cells were stained with 0.2ug TFAP2C antibody (14572-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IGG (H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

TFAP2C Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — IP result of anti-TFAP2C (IP:14572-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:14572-1-AP 1:1000) with HeLa cells lysate 2800ug.

Target Information

The protein encoded by this gene is a sequence-specific DNA-binding transcription factor involved in the activation of several developmental genes. The encoded protein can act as either a homodimer or heterodimer with other family members and is induced during retinoic acid-mediated differentiation.
