TIPIN Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunocytochemistry-Immunofluorescence analysis of TIPIN in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with TIPIN Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112079) (1:200) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to Nucleus and cytoplasm.

TIPIN Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of TIPIN using TIPIN Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112079) at a dilution of 1:500. Lane A: HCT116 whole cell lysate, Lane B: Jurkat whole cell lysate, Lane C: Hela whole cell lysate, (Lysates/proteins at 30 µg per lane). The secondary antibody used was a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)/HRP at 1:10,000 dilution. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 35 kDa. Observed band size: 50 kDa.

TIPIN Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — Immunoprecipitation of TIPIN was performed on (Lane A) 0.5 mg Hela whole cell lysate using 4 µL of TIPIN Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-112079) at a dilution of 1:100, and 60 µg of Immunomagnetic beads Protein A/G. A Clean-Blot IP Detection Reagent (HRP) was used as a secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:1,000. Developed using the ECL technique and performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 35 kDa. Observed band size: 53 kDa.
