TLR13 Antibody (PA5-23107) in WB
Western blot analysis of TLR13 in rat corpus (tissue is from male rat reproductive tract) lysate. Samples were incubated with TLR13 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-23107) using a dilution of 1 µg/mL followed by Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody and PicoTect ECL substrate solution. Lysate in the 1) absence and 2) presence of immunizing peptide.

Target Information
TLR13, also known as Toll like receptor 13, is a member of the Toll-like receptor (TLR) family of transmembrane proteins comprised of multiple copies of leucine rich repeats in the extracellular domain and a TIR domain. The exact function of the 991 amino acidTLR13 protein is yet unknown, but reports suggest that it is closely related to TLR3 and participates in the innate immune response to microbial agents. TLR13 binds to and acts via MYD88 and TRAF6, leading to NF-kappa-B activation, cytokine secretion and inflammatory response.
