TMED9 Antibody (PA5-112832) in WB
Western Blot analysis of TMED9 in multiple sample types using a TMED9 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112832) at a concentration of 4.5 µg/ml. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:10,000. Sample types that were tested include: Lane 1: Mouse liver tissue, Lane 2: Mouse kidney tissue, Lane 3: Human placenta tissue, Lane 4: A549 whole cell lysate, Lane 5: MCF-7 whole cell lysate, Lane 6: A431 whole cell lysate.

Target Information
TMED9 (also named as GMP25, GP25L2 or p25) is a member of the EMP24/GP25L family. TMED9 probably forms hetero-oligomeric complexes with TMED7 (p27), TMED2 (p24), and TMED10 (p23). Located in the endoplasmic reticulum and the Golgi, TMED9 appears to be involved in vesicular protein trafficking, mainly in the early secretory pathway.
