TMEM65 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunocytochemichal analysis of TMEM65 in Hela cells using a Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112762) at a dilution of 1:100. An Alexa Fluor 488-congugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) secondary antibdoy was used.

TMEM65 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western Blot analysis of TMEM65 in multiple sample types using a TMEM65 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-112762) at a concentration of 1.3 µg/ml. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:10,000. Sample types that were tested include: Lane 1: Hela whole cell lysate, Lane 2: NIH/3T3 whole cell lysate, Lane 3: Mouse stomach tissue.
