TMOD4 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) — Immunohistochemical staining of TMOD4 in human skeletal muscle and heart muscle tissues using TMOD4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-55795). Corresponding TMOD4 RNA-seq data are presented for the same tissues.

TMOD4 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Western blot analysis of TMOD4 in control (vector only transfected HEK293T lysate) and TMOD4 over-expression lysate (Co-expressed with a C-terminal myc-DDK tag (~3.1 kDa) in mammalian HEK293T cells). Samples were probed using a TMOD4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-55795).

TMOD4 Antibody — Relative expression in different tissues in IHC: Detection of differential expression levels of TMOD4 demonstrates antibody specificity. Immunohistochemical analysis of TMOD4 using anti-TMOD4 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-55795), shows significant staining of TMOD4 in human skeletal muscle and shows minimal or weak staining in human heart muscle tissues. Target Information

TMOD4 blocks the elongation and depolymerization of the actin filaments at the pointed end. The Tmod/TM complex contributes to the formation of the short actin protofilament, which in turn defines the geometry of the membrane skeleton.
