TNFR2 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of Hela cells, using TNFRSF1B antibody 19272-1-AP at 1:25 dilution and Rhodamine-labeled goat anti-rabbit IGG (red).

TNFR2 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human spleen tissue slide using 19272-1-AP ( TNFR2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens).

TNFR2 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Mouse thymus tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19272-1-AP (TNFR2 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

TNFR2 Antibody in Flow Cytometry (Flow) — 1X10^6 HeLa cells were stained with 0.5ug TNFR2 antibody (19272-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 4% PFA blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). FITC-Goat anti-Rabbit IGG with dilution 1:100.

TNFR2 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — IP result of anti-TNFR2 (IP:19272-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:19272-1-AP 1:500) with HEK-293 cells lysate 1200ug.

Target Information

TNFR2 (tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 1B) is a receptor with high affinity for TNFSF2/TNF-alpha. It has a much lower affinity for homotrimeric TNFSF1/lymphotoxin-alpha. The TRAF1/TRAF2 complex recruits the apoptotic suppressors BIRC2 and BIRC3 to TNFRSF1B/TNFR2. TNFR2 mediates most of the metabolic effects of TNF-alpha.
